guilt free treats? ideas>?

guys im just wondering alot of people on the low carb diet use heavy cream but it carries to much calories..i perfer a moderate carb diet, is sugar free stuff really better than the actual? lets say it has a teaspoon of sugar in it , will it raise insulin or that lil amount wont effect anything> thank s..how much sugar to stop the fat burning > anyone kno ?????
 
High insulin levels really dont stop fat loss, but it slows it.
Go by the GI scale. Remain low gi throughout the day and high gi solely for post workout. A guilt free treat is sugarless jello with that fake cream you guys in the states have. Or peanut butter (EFAs). www.musclemedia.com also has some carb craving buster recipes.
 
Get some Strawberry sugar free jello and add a couple of scoops or strawberry protein powder. Set in the fridge. Voila!!
