Grip work?

Anyone do any grip work here? I can see how this can be a very practically and usefull tool to have a very strong grip. After my San shou class (Martial art) I do some neck work cause the gym is right next to it and im thinking about doing some grip work during that day also. Any suggestions?

You know I actually have a good time with forearm/grip work. A buddy and I would simply go to a squat cage (when no one needed to use it) and hang on either end of the top of the cage until one of us fell off. Loser had to buy dinner. We are both around 230lbs and eat like we are 330lbs, so needless to say those were some sick forearm workouts ;)

ah, that stuff, I used to, dont anymore, I know some guys on here that jackoff alot, they claim it helps their forearm development......I'll just trust them on that one :p

Load a bar with your body weight and do 3-4 sets of holding it for as long as you can.

Doesnt sound too hard, maybe if i picked it up.... :)
 
go to ironmind.com they have tons of special grip tools including the captains of crush grippers they are made in the 1-4 i bet u cant close the 1 more than 5 times the first time u try
