salt the inside too.
closed lid on low heat. start checking on it after an hour.
 
I would cut the chix in half. It's easier to cook that way. The seasoning is good"(Salt, pepper, garlic powder0 onion Powder) ...put the parsley on right b4 you remove it from the grill....if youcut it in half ....it should take no longer than 15 mintues....
