Hello all,

I am new to the project and just started doing the reading. I was curious what the re scheme is for the 6 sets of military presses? I couldn't find it anywhere.

I will post up my pics and stats and will be starting my log early next year. I have some travelling and bad eating to get out of the way first.

it is 25 15 10 10 then 7 then a drp set. You just add one more of the 10. You are gunna be fried!!!!!!
