Great fastfood - 50g of protein 12g of fat

Just wanted to let everyone know that Subway's 12" Roasted Chicken Breast Sandwich has 50g of protein and only 12g of fat (not including cheese). It makes a great meal if your on the go. Just thought I would fill everyone in on that.

I second that, I eat a 12" roast chicken at least 4 times out of the week. I use my buy one get one free card and its $3.50 cant beat that. I just hope Im really eating chicken:D

Subway offers alot of good choices (turkey, chicken and roastbeef subs) and they even have wheat bread (which i prefer) for everyone watching their intake of high g.i. carbs.

Even arbys has those deli sandwiches now, which i havent had a chance to try, but im sure are similiar in macro breakdown to subway. Also, a plain arbys roastbeef if i remember corectly isnt all that bad in the way of fat. Its when your tempted to go for the big montana that the fat, carbs add up.

The Arby's Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss is really good... I just order w/o the cheese or mayo and a diet soda (or water). Just beware of the french fries =P

Yea, it has a lot of protein in it, but its processed chicken which means there is a good chance that it contains trans-fat and carbs. But in the case of eating the whole sandwich, the carbs from the processed chicken should not be a big deal considering the amount in the bread.
