Great customer service by Orbit

I ordered some Sustain Alpha and Superdrone from orbit. First off, it shows up in no time, but the superdrone had busted in the package and was everywhere. The sustain alpha was covered in Liqua Vade technology, but the bottle was okay. My first thought was to lick it all up but the wife convinced me otherwise. I called and left a message and within about five minutes a return call and no problem he said, I will ship you out a new bottle as soon as I get my next batch in. Great customer service in my book.
