Great Arm Shock exercise

Do this about once a month to shock the heck out of your arms.
Work bicep/tricep same day for this.
work bicep first.
first thing do cable curls from the bottom attachment and do 2 sets of 40 reps.
Then do your normal bicep routine, ie straight bar curls, db curls...whatever your normal routine is.

Then work triceps.
start with 2 sets of pushdowns 40 rep sets.
then normal tricep routine.

you will have to go lighter on your normal routines but the blood you get flowing from the 40 rep sets will give you a super pump and your arms will be sore for 4 or 5 days. A great shocker exercise.
