quads usually easy for me but every now and again you irritate a nerve , day 4 and quad still swolllen and cant bend it , looks like i have lost my knee to a bag of water lol
no sign of infection etc so just have to ride this one out and wait , looks like no trainibg legs this week
Quad is my favorite. Shoulder works great too. I've done chest before and it was alright. But I've don't smaller amounts in chest. Like .5 of test p EOD.
