Usually we have PT (psychical training) @ 5:45 in the AM on Fridays. But today, we don't have it till 0900...which means I'm just sitting here in work-out gear till 9....then we're going to Coronado and running on the beach and in the water. We prolly won't be back to work till 11.....and guess what's at 11...LUNCH. Come back @ 1300 (1pm), then I get off work @ 1430 (2:30pm)......OH YEAH BABY!!!
