Whats up Bro's

I recently posted about how I was prescribed some arimidex for gyno, but a few good bro's on here told me it would be better to switch to nolva. I recieved the nolva today and the doc has me taking one pill a day and it is a 10mg pill. So I have 2 questions. With gyno from juice, is this the right dosages, meaning should I be taking more or staying as directed? And I still have the arimidex and also have a year supply of refills (for the nolva too) and I read a post earlier about taking arimidex for the bloat while taking d-bol. In a couple of months im going to start a D-bol/deca cycle so should I refill the arimidex and take it for the bloat while on??? Any
comments/suggestions would be great guys!!!

40 mgs of nolva a day? Why would the doc direct such a low dosage at only 10 mgs a day? Just wondering.
