Its always best to use hcg at some point. yes sustain alpha is better then nolva for pct. If you cant get the hcg then using the dermacrine reg then the sustain is as good as you can get. Maybe throw in some unleashed or phyto-test.
Not much can take the place of hcg though.

I'd much rather not take Nolvad.ex if possible considering it's got side affects of its own plus I'd rather not keep fucking up my hormones if I can help it.
