Got in an accident with some sorority girl yesterday...

100% her fault too as I'm an excellent driver.

4 way intersection, she had a stop sign, I did not. She thought I did so she went after she came to a complete stop - we just hit *bam* It fucked up her lexus more than my corolla actually - I collided with her front passenger side bumper area and my front driver side bumper area. Kind of tweaked everything to the side on my car though, the passenger side door wont open cause it has no clearance from the fender being shifted over.

I havent filed anything yet, but do you think this could possibly raise my insurance even though it was totally her fault? I already have a DUI and dont want or need more bullshit on my record.

I'm not sure, I couldnt see through her tinted windows.

She was freaking out (her second accident) but I was so calm I think it made it easier for her.

I was gonna call my insurance about getting lower rates since I have had a clean driving record for so many years - think this will fuck it up?

As long as the police report was filed and the cop but the liablilty on her, it wont fuck anything up on your side.

no cops came - there was no injury. I gotta go pickup an accident report from the DMV...hopefully her story doesnt change once the pressure is on.

She did however admit that it was her fault to me.

regardless of injury, you should have called the cops to file a report.

She might talk to her parents or HER insurance company and realize her rates may go up and might change her story.

Speaking of the piggies, I was driving down the road a few weeks ago and I saw an LAPD cop car in front of me. as i was talking on my cell phone I was just looking at the back bumper and some kid (or person) had spray painted in black a line from the "P" in LAPD so it looked like LARD.

thought it was pretty funny. on a cop car.
