got gyno with a no-test cycle!

Hey guys, my cycle finished 6 months ago and everything got back to normal but yesterday I felt a small hard thing near my left nipple which at first I thought was a muscle or a bone but when I visited the dr today and he touched it he said it was gyno, and I can have a 30mins surgery to remove it.

My cycle consisted of winny/tren enanthate/ primo / hgh and did a post cycle of nolva for 5 weeks and hcg during cyle 500iu ew.

This small lump doesn't show on my chest but one I press on my nipple I can feel it.

What do u guys recommend? Should I go on with the surgery or should I get nolva or clomid?

Surgery seems extreme at this stage if you cannot see it and have a hard time even finding it. Run some letro and see if it doesn't get rid of it.

my prev. cycle 2 weeks winni, 7 weeks tren/primo/hgh 4ui/ hcg 500iu ew and used propecia for 2 weeks and nolva for 5 weeks, i guess i have no estrogen in my system and by doing letro i'll be fucked, correct me if im wrong guys plz, im worried that with letro and not that significant amount of estrogen in my system and with chols. level of 5.22 letro will fuck my levels up
