I am cutting, so that obviously restricts my choices. Never really been into the whole blended shakes thing, but I figure why not give it a whirl to break up the monotony of egg whites, tuna and chix. So let's hear some good protein recipes for the blender. I am thinking- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp ANPB, a little skim milk. Ice or no ice?
