Good rear delt exercise?

What do you guys do for rear delts? I was doing some kind of bent-arm, rear delt raise and it did absolutely nothing.

Incline Pullups/Reverse Pushups/Barbell Bench... Whatever you want to call them... An extra wide grip really hits the rear delts.

Other than that, I find all of my pulling exercises do the job fine...

Face-pulls hit them best for me. I alternate pulling from below my shouders and pulling from above my shoulders.

i do shrugs behind the back as well as to the front... but behind the back hit them for me.. its like a reverse upright row/shrug.. try them

I got a few I ould only show in person but...

Lay on an incline bench you'd use for dumbels face down and do reverse flys

Lay on your side on a flat bench and do one arm flys... (T-mag explained this a while back) These are BRUTAL... 15 punds should be enough...

My favorite I can't really explain, sorry for the tease but its just too wierd

here's what I do:

pull downs or pull ups
WIDE grip seated rows (usually on the hammer strength machine)
dumbell raises - either bent over or seated backwards on an incline bench, or simply seated and bent over

I call it my "get wide" workout

Roman chair rear delt side raises. It's the best exercise there is for rear delts.

You can do them as bent over side raises... but this doesn't hit them quite as well as doing them face forward in the Roman chair.
