Good ideas to keep bowels regular??(besides metamucil shit dont work for me)

constipation is one of the main side effects listed... i dont remember when you said your problem started but the drug may have taken time to cause it...
now i wonder if conventional methods would even solve it or if you would have to lessen or discontinue use for relief...
