Good ideas to keep bowels regular??(besides metamucil shit dont work for me)

Yes I am still taking fish oils, and there is plenty of fiber in my diet. This just started to become a problem about 2 weeks ago and I am tired of having to take laxatives left and right. Maybe the probiotics could be a good choice- definitely couldn't hurt.... and the other dude who said I am not drinking enough water....well I would think 1.5-2gallons should be sufficient
 
do you think that maybe you may be burning off almost all the food that you are taking in? i know in prep mode as i get closer to show time at about 3wks out and i crank up cardio and training a little more as nasty as it sounds i go from going 1-3x a day to once every other day or every 3 days. i dont have any stomach pain or discomfort though and dont feel backed up. just throwing that question out there to you man cause you already got a ton of great advice already

I just cut the cals down 1000 but that was sunday. Went from 3200 to around 2200. But I refeed every 4th day. Im just bloated all the time now it seems. I even took 1mg of arimedex yesterday and today to see if that helps. I mean its crazy Im under 7% at this point in the game but form how I look right now I can barely make my abs out lol. - and my abs are deep with a lot of vascularity to them. lol Im done stressing about it. then again maybe a lot of it is stress where Im getting so close. and the diet has been taking its toll on me along with double cardio every day. who knows?? thanks guys for all the replies as I really do appreciate it.
