Good Diet?

Breakfast

1 Serving OJ
1 Serving Milk
1 Bowl Total Cereal

Protein drink in water after my morning shower (15 mins after breakfast)

Lunch

Tuna Sandwich on wheat bread
Glass of OJ or Milk

Shake again after workout (17.5g protein per)

Dinner

Tuna again OR
White/Fried Rice with chicken in garlic sauce (chinese food is GOOD) with more milk/OJ

So that's my daily meal, I'm trying to lose BF more than gain mass so it's a minor amount but I get by with it, and have enough energy. I was wondering if Fried rice is okay to get, or should I just get white? Because I love chinese every night, and heard rice is a good source of carbs, and figured since it's CHICKEN it cant be too unhealthy, right?
 
your 15 right leigon.....are you skipping school to post on elite fitness?

k.. what are you macronutrient totals..


You should be taking in around 12 x bodyweight in calories per day to add muscle.

IMO.. if you are young and lifting.. I'd eat like a bull (lots of clean carbs + protein).. tons of milk, meat, etc...
 
at 6' and 155 pounds you should not be trying to lose fat.

just eat a fuckin ton and worry about them abs later.
 
Altered Diet

Alright, I changed it up a little bit. How does this sound (and I want to lose weight, not gain, I want my abs showing completely)

Breakfast
------------
2 Egg Whites (should I have 1 yolk or not bother?)
1 bowl of oatmeal
Milk/OJ/Water (depends what I feel like)

Snack
-------
Protein Powder - Designer Protein/Labrada Powder

Lunch
-------
Tuna sandwich
Water/Snapple (depends what I feel like

Workout

Snack Right After Workout
---------------------------------
Protein Powder - Designer Protein/Labrada Powder

Dinner
--------
A) Chicken/Fish/Steak
B) Brown Rice
C) Peppers/Asparagus/Corn

One of A, ALWAYS RICE, and then 2 of C...

As long as I do enough cardio it doesn't matter really what I eat right? Because I just hear people telling me that drinking OJ is bad because if you have too much fructose it stores as fat directly... but one glass isn't gonna kill me, is it?
