i think the city was sued by the fed govt - cuz meters were not working, signs were not legible, tickets were issue when thehy shouldn't have, and all this was uncovered by some nbc station - and the city was embarassed.

But i doni't think it'll help you. You could try - but honestly, they'll probably take it and throw it in the trash can.

This is why i hate la, and enjoy living near long beach and the oc. Don't have to deal with shit like that.
