LOL ok didnt you talk about how there was tagging in your neighborhood now and the cop should be looking into that?...well maybe the cop who from your neighborhood complaints was pulled off of REAL crimes like rape, murder, domestics to patrol your subdivision and while he was in there invesigating petty things he saw your vehicle breaking a petty law.

At 7:30 in the morning, the only reason the cop had to be in my cul-de-sac is if someone complained in which case someone doesn't have any balls to ask nicely to move my car off the sidewalk (in my own driveway), and calls the police who then were dick enough to write the ticket. Or he was looking to make the city some money and went around scouring the neighborhood for ridiculous shit he could write a ticket for off of some unknown technical bullshit.
