At 7:30 in the morning, the only reason the cop had to be in my cul-de-sac is if someone complained in which case someone doesn't have any balls to ask nicely to move my car off the sidewalk (in my own driveway), and calls the police who then were dick enough to write the ticket. Or he was looking to make the city some money and went around scouring the neighborhood for ridiculous shit he could write a ticket for off of some unknown technical bullshit.

Just kidding with you. I know it sucks but I am familiar with the system and just wanted to save you the time and trouble of trying to fight it. Like i said in an earlier post your own pics prove you to be technically guilty. Plus dude think of the dredges of society you willl have to sit beside while you wait...nah i would pass...lol

The 25 bucks is hardly the issue. I couldn't care less about the $ amount of the fine seeing it is minimal really. The principle upon which it was cited is what pisses me off.

It's unethical to do this kind of shit. I don't feel like I've commited any wrongdoing and am getting troubel for it.

I really, really, really hate parking tickets.

In my city you can go to jail for an unpaid parking ticket and my city gives out a lot of parking tickets.

I have only ever had two tickets dismissed out of the bazillion I have had.

Eh, it was probably some cop who lives near you or in your neighborhood and thinks he's "cleaning up" his area. Showing the neighborhood there is a police presence, and hopefully it will "scare off" the bad kids knowing their are cops watching. I can't believe he was just driving by and decided to ticket you because he was bored and if someone called the cops on you, they would normally take the time to knock on your door and bitch at you before giving you the ticket. This just seems like some police "cry for attention"...
