been working well, been doing it for a couple years now... saw some great gains.. this summer i have not been consistent with workouts though.. too much travelling.

nope i am back to being a stay at home mom.....and omg the kids make me nuts!!!! poor needto barely makes it through the front door and the 2 older ones run at him and i try handing him the baby....lol!

Not tryin' to rag on you but you won't even notice 10,000K being gone. I only had a little over 50,000K and I gave TheOak1 week. Don't be a stinge.

he's some ones alter..sent me a pm saying "he was only saying that to look tough i will see" i wonder when he will reveal all..
he's watching million dollar baby, its ok i am not all that into it.
last night was alexander and for once i actually liked that type of movie and almost made it to the ending..lol...(i have a problem with falling asleep watching movies mostly movies like that)

I heard that movie sucked. Too much focus on his :rainbow: ness and not hardly anything on what he was truly known for......KICKING ASS!!

no not really, a lot of people said that it wasnt a good movie..i liked it didnt find that much :rainbow: ness....only here and there where he was with a boyfriend..he actually had a wife and they screwed...lol
