I've been fighting a stupid cold for a week now.. only had 2 workouts and they both sucked.. im congested and coughing a lot. sucks.

Good bro's of the Universe united again!!

Just finnished my bike ride. woo hoo. It lasted a little longer than normal, there was a group of milfs out in the park today.

how many miles did you ride?
 
I have a gt avalanche mountain. I only went about 20 today. I plan on going out later though. More women in the park around 4-5 pm. woo hoo

It is, but it isn't. I can go 30 no problem. It isn't like I do it in an hour though. I can get going good, it is mainly flat land, but 30 takes me just over two hours. as long as I pace myself it isn't a problem.

I've had a friend drive next to me, I was able to get up to 35 in the park, I want to try it on the road sometime see if I can hit 40... on flat land that is.

I mainly prefer riding in the woods on trails though. That is what really drives me. But no women around in the woods on days like this.... at all as a matter of fact :-(

yeah I like trail riding.

you can ride on the boardwalk near the beach here for good eye candy. bike paths all around.

Yeah, if i'm on the trails though, I usually can't do more than 10 miles. There fairly rouch and steep around here. Not very tall, 15-20 ft., but steep.

When I lived in Newport, I loved riding on the board walk "concrete" there, also loved riding up at santa monica pier around all the weirdo's. THAT was awesome. A lot of my friends here dont' know what to think when I tell them abuot the bums and street performers out there. They seriously don't believe me. Their loss
