Lipo is good stuff. I am not really taking it for the fat burning effects, just for the energy and focus. I have a long work day and I usually will take 6-8 lipos a day. I also take a full serving of Amp02 three days a week, sometimes on top of the 8 lipos. I do not endorse this practice, but I have not noticed any ill effects. A female coworker of mine takes two every morning on an empty stomach prior to endurance training. She bikes 20+ miles M-Th and runs 13 on Fridays. She told me that she has tried everything on the market and nothing comes close to the Lipo for the mental edge and endurance boost it gives her.
