ZIP really didnt do anything for me.. i went through two bottles which i guess is a fair run.. of it.. didnt really see any results....i did get a mild warm feeling throughout my body first week or two when i started it.. but it went away shortly after and never returned.. i also was workign out while i used this sop there was no lack of excersize invlolved..

honeslty stay away from the zip.. run at least 2 bottles worth of LIPOFLAME and i promise you wont be unhappy..
