He has hated Hollywood since "From Hell" and has consistently wanted nothing to do with it.

Saw the movie in IMAX today, and it was just okay. Never read the book before. Some really phenominal stuff put together with not so good stuff that went on too long.

We just saw it, but not in IMAX. Just as well...although I enjoyed it well enough, I was not blown away. I don't think the extra few bucks for an IMAX ticket would have been worth it.

Doesn't look near as cool as Sin City was tho, but got me interested because it seems to be the same style.
