Going on my first date since separation

We have been to a couple of group happy hours and seem to get along really good. This will be the first date with just us. Not too nervy, but this is the first date for me in a long long time. Gotta keep the conversation rolling. We actually have a lot in common so we will have a lot to talk about.

I'm just wondering if we are going to fool around. Not sure I am ready for that, but I know that I won't say no. I guess if it is supposed to happen it will. I will try to do the first date protocol. Walk her to the door and see if she wants a smooch or invites me in.

Ann told me that she never was interested in him. She supposedly told him day one. But he always was trying to mack. Debating on asking her but not sure if that is a good thing for the first date.

Congratulations and good luck on your date!

I know you're not finalized... isn't your lawyer freaking-out over you dating? In a lot of states, it's still considered "adultry" (and a grounds for divorce) if you fool around even at the 99.999% finalized point.

Having gotten that concern out of the way, I hope you hit it hard. Twice. And post pics.

I sure he would be but I don't give a shit, we agree on everything and she is dating anyway. So fuck it she did it first.
 
So got there a few minutes early, Met her doggy, played with him for a while. We had a beer and talked for about 45 min just about the shit we both we have been going through. She is separated and getting divorced too. Went through out stories.

Went to a nice mexican restarunt, The dinner sucked, but had great conversation and a good time regardless. We were planning on going to a Blues club called BB's Jazz Blues and Soups but it was closed. So happens there was a blues bar right across the street with an awesome band playing. It was crowed but we eventually found a table and could somewhat talk. As we were standing and having some beers she kept standing very close to me and having some long gazes. I finally put my arm around her and she was very receptive.

We talked about our pasts and what we were looking for in the future. That we were both interested in each other on a deeper level than just occasional dates, but needed to take is slow and easy. One step at a time.

Had to drive her home in a snow storm so it was a slow go, but we talked the whole way back. Got back to her house at around 2am, I walked her up to her door. I told her I had a great time and we would definately do something again. I asked if I could have a hug good night. She said yes and hugged me, as I started to pull away she grabbe me by the back of my head and gave me a little smooch.

She called me as I was on my way home (it was really bad out) and made sure I was o.k. and made it. All in all really an awesome date.

I am in concurrance here with JHI. When men/women come out of serious relations they are filled with anger to get back at the other one, and horniness after eating the same crackers day in and day out for years it gets old and stale! LOL!
