I've previously suggested sending money via PayPal to subsidize a camera purchase. It wouldn't take much from each of the people regularly posting in this journal to pay for a decent portion of a cheap camera from ebay/newegg. It's hardly an appeal to pure altruism: we'd probably benefit more from seeing the lifts than T would from having to mess around with recording himself or proving to sidney (remember that guy?) that his numbers are real.


CS - start a thread w/ a link in it - I got my $10 burning a hole in my pocket.

Biggt needs a camera and we should get it for him.....err, for us...... so selfish.

Hell, paypal him 20 bucks or take up donations to get a Dispoable Video Camera, not sure how many minutes are in the Camera but sure it is enough to get some videos of everything. What I plan on doing for my form when I feel I have it as good as I can get and need help.

good, I signed up for Glenn Pendlay's online coaching and might start a log on here to give some details on how online coaching for the oly lifts works. seems like a lot of people might be interested to read about it since there is new thread on these lifts every day ;)
 
I haven't posted any workouts this week....it was really deload, nothing real eventful......I swapped close grip for flat bench to give my pecs a break, the outer pecs where they tie in to the shoulder felt like they were gonna snap at any moment just walking around, lol.....I did power cleans and jump shrugs and no deadlifting, and I front squatted twice and only back squatted once......I should be feeling pretty strong for BTN push presses tomorrow.

My bodyweight was down to 249, which is minus 6 lbs, which pissed me off.....I have been liking that 255 range for pressing, so I watched that Greg Jones Vid floating around on here this morning for motivation, then went to Subway at lunch and destroyed 2 foot longs with extra ranch dressing, and I am still starving.

About the recorder....I think am gonna start shopping for one....I can afford one, it is just one of those things that wasn't a priority, but really I'd feel terrible taking money from board members for something unnecessary when they can better spend or donate it to a cause that is actually worthy, especially with xmas and all coming up, lol.

Just saw your new avi. Clearly, you need to bring up your traps...try smitty shrugs with a 3 second hold up top will bring in the trap/delt tie-in.

Maybe save it for another journal since this cycle is primarily pecs and bi's.

I am starting a 3 week volume run on Monday...I really beat myself up this month and last week's deload was much needed......I already pounded down close to 2000 cals and it is only 11 AM, lol.......The next 3 weeks will be front squats twice a week and back squats once......I'll post up my workout I drew up a little later......I'm off to catch some high school football live and in person, PA's all-time coaching wins leader and a 6 time AAA state champ is at a AAAA school this year trying to build them into a powerhouse.....then hitting a local watering hole for Penn St-Notre Dame.....then Texas-Ohio State tonight......lots of Guiness drinking and lots of eating, lol.

I think it's plausible to say that you will have had 15,000 cals by the end of that night.
 
fucking texas - ohio game... UT only left 4000 tickets for the non-season pass holding students and i was 7000th in line so i do not get to go. that and there are 40,000 ohio bitchs here.
 
I probably had close to 10,000 calories yesterday, lol.....I started training today as I didn't drink as much as I planned, between 3 and 9, I probably had about 1 Guiness an hour and I never felt buzzed at any point, plus with all the shit I ate, and also, believe it or not Guiness is pretty nutritiously dense, I figured I'd get a great workout today. Penn State was pwned yesterday, lol, and I was pulling for Texas too....and I am glad I am not a betting man, because all I have to say about FL State and Troy is wtf? a win is a win....but TROY, lol.

I am gonna start a new journal and link it here. I'll outline the 3 week loading phase in the beginning.

Bro I am in Austin - it is my home - yesterday sucked. Funny thing is my sons flag football team, The Austin Nittany Lions - no joke - lost big time as well. Not a good football day.

Yeah - the other coach is a huge Penn State fan and the league gave us dark blue jerseys so it just kinda worked out........

Looking at UT's schedule I am thinking they may suffer a few more losses this season - tough road to hoe

And those freaking sweater vests............ :rainbow:
