Glutamine or lack of fiber?

Lately, my digestive system has been a little slugish. It just so happens that this started when I began supplementing glutamine,a about 1 week ago. Prior to this, I've been pretty regular. Can glutamine cause this, am I just missing fiber in my diet or is it a combo of the glut. and soemthing in my diet?

Below is a sample of my diet (this is a cutting diet, yesterdays menu), and it is pretty similar through out the week, except that I change the meats fom day to day (today it's tuna). I drink 1 -2 cups of coffe in the morning along with 1+ gallons of water a day. I also just finsihed a creatine cycle and have not taken it in the last 4 days. Anyways, If you guys could look at it and tell me if I'm getting enough fiber, and if not what is a good fiber source/supplement. Maybe something that I can mix with my Prot. shakes.

Meal 1 cooked in olive oil
4 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 whole tomato
1 cup spinach
24g protein (mixed with water)
glutamine peps. 5g

Meal 2
1/4 cup steel cut oats
flax seed meal (2 tsp.)
48g protein (mixed with the oats)

Meal 3 cooked in olive oil
Ground Turkey (about 10 oz.)
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 tomato
1 cup spinach
2 whole eggs

1/4 cup almonds

Meal 4
1 chicken breast
about 1 1/2 cups romain lettuce
about 1 1/2 cups broc. and coli.
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. balsamic

Meal 5
shake
48g protein
1 TBS ANPB
Glutamine peps. 5g
 
you seem to have enough fiber. coffee in the morning should help (you have that) and water throughout the day (you drink a gallon).

i would suggest flushing your system. get a bag of dried prunes and eat the whole thing (about 600 calories) drink some hot water with that. sometimes you just get jammed up alittle. i get it when i travel. always get backed up.


also try:
heavy dose of powder vitamin C 10-30 grams
heacy dose of vitamin B5
magneusim oxide 1-2 grams
nicotine gum. 8-12mg at a time.
 
i just saw something......eggs & nuts don't always fly through your system. you might want to try to reduce your egg intake and get rid of the nutz
 
Thanks bro, I'll give the flush a shot. I'll also cut down on the nuts, I've been eating them to try and keep the "good" fats in my diet but they seem to throw my macros off anyways. Too many grams of fat in such a small amount. But eggs!!! I guess I can try until all is normal again.
 
Well creatine always made me crap more so that could be it because you have a decent amount of fiber
