SOMETIMES STUPID PICK UP LINES WORK, SUCH AS, I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU YOU'RE GOING TO MARRY ME, JUST WaNTED TO TELL YOU'RE THE PRETTIEST WOMAN IN THE ROOM. THESE MIGHT SEEM STUPID BUT IT ALWAYS DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION AND WOMAN. BE CONFIDENT BUT NOT COCKY. ONLY HAVE IN MIND THAT THIS WOMAN WANTS YOU BUT ISN'T SHOWING IT. WHAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO DO B4 APPROACHING HER IS JUST GLANCING @ HER TO SEE IF SHE'S AT LEAST A LITTLE INTERESTED. OK guys, I work at a strip club and I've learned a lot about women !

Dress sharp. Stylish. Look like money(even if you don't have it). Take some hundees with you if you can but don't spend it. The idea is to let them know you have money and they will think they will be in on the action. Wrong !

Stand at the bar bullshitting w/friends for a while with your back toward the babes. Have some attitude. DON'T look like you're scoping.

Eventually turn around and scan the crowd. When you see the hot hoes, DON'T stare. If you make eye contact look away. Blow them off. They hate this. All women are attention hores. They'll think YOU'RE the shit, even if you're not. It's all about confidence, attitude, and perception.
Chances are one will make a move on you. When she does, act slightly interested and work from there. Don't spend any money on them. If they ask you to buy them a drink tell them you don't buy women drinks.

If you HAVE to inroduce yourself to a woman, chances are she'll be with friends and you'll have to introduce yourself to all of them and be accepted by all to have a chance.

if your looking for a relationship or what i read what someone said above about getting laid then if you like the person turn it into something else. well if she has sex with you on the first night you meet her just think about all the other people she has done that with too if your looking for gf material. honestly if you want to get some thats fine have fun but i'd say dont mix getting laid and turning it into something serious. I find it funny when a friend will meet some girl who has sex with him the first night then ends up cheating on him or just is a crazy drama queen.

pick out only a select few girls in the club/bar/wherever. If girls see you talking to every single girl in the bar, this may make you seem desperate. So choose wisely.

Also, for me at least, sometimes its on. sometimes its not. I have gotten girls when that was the last thing i was thinking about. So i would say just relax, and have a good time, thats what your out there to do isn't it? Don't worry if you don't get a girl, or you are in a drought. Eventually, nature has a way of working it self out.
