Who is ignorant? You are saying you hate an entire group of people.
i'm probably gonna get the crap flamed out of me for saying this, but all i hear is excuses. since you found out that steroids don't cause birth defects, then it turned into the pot, pain meds, alcahol that cause them. bro, take responsibility and stop offering excuses, just say you don't want the baby, cause if you wanted it, you would tell her to have it no matter what is wrong with it. i always thought that love for kids was unconditional, i guess things have changed recently.

Adrenal Genital Syndrome in particular is a very disturbing occurrence, in which a female fetus can develop male-like reproductive organs. Women who are, or plan to become pregnant soon, should never consider the use of anabolic steroids. it would also be the best advice to stay away from these drugs completely for a number of months prior to attempting the conception of a child, so as to ensure the mother has a normal hormonal chemistry. Although anabolic/androgenic steroids can reduce sperm count and male fertility, they are not linked to birth defects when taken by someone fathering a child.

Get a chance?
I do not understand your statment on never get a chance? If the kid is never born - how does he/she have a chance?
I have some friends that have been trying to adopt. They can not find any babies to adopt.
Some Questions:
Who are we to keep someone from being happy or sad?
Born or unborn?
We are so spoiled in our great country that we think if we have to give anything up, we are losing.
Open your eyes and see what other countries have and don't have. I hate this argument, because every kid here in the USA - has a great chance to make a life for themselves. Our worst conditions here are far better than many countires best conditions. So I do not want to hear the bullshit about not being able to "give them everything". That is one lame ass excuse. I used to be prochoice until I learned the truth about babies. As early as six weeks they have quite a bit of development. My son was born early and the doctors hinted abortion. I said no way!! What a great choice we made. He is doing great. He started school on time and his now in the top 10% of his class.

i think the important thing to realize the fact the if the baby does come out with a birth defect how much harder would it be on that child growing up constantly thinking that " im different " eventually the kid will grow mentally disturbed possibly with an inferioirity complex get made fun of in school, get pissed, get a gun, go back to school , and cap off your kids.
im not saying just because this moron had an " oops " he should take the easy road out. whether how hard it is to make the call

well after a long talk tonight we have decided to have the baby.i started this post just to try to educate thoese who may think steroids make you sterelle.we had made our minds up to abort the baby.but you guys made us realise the importance of life,and to face our responsibilitys.we are going to give it up for adoption,we feel we are at a point in our lives where we could not care for an infant adiquately. thank you guys for your input on this matter.you all helped save a life.
