Girlfriend having milky discharge taking protein powder

I know this is a weird question, but I'm hoping someone here can tell me what is happening.

My girlfriend started taking a whey protein shake (EAS SimplyWhey) in the morning and is having a milky vaginal discharge a few hours after taking it.

Anyone know why this is or experience anything similar?

how long has she been taking the protein shakes and when did she first notice the discharge?

is it possible that this is totally unrelated? every woman is different and discharge is normal. it fluctuates depending on many factors including her menstrual cycle.

if she is really concerned, have her go to the obgyn and have a pap...never fun, but worthwhile.

She said it started happening pretty much immediately after starting to drink them. She has been drinking them for about 2 weeks. There is no pain or anything, just discharge.

Are there any connections between people who are allergic to wheat/whey, yeast infections and the above stated problem?
