gimme examples of your leg day

the problem i have with figuring my 1rm sq is this...do i figure it based on my geared up numbers? (gear=belt, wraps, suit)
because i wouldn't use this stuff for anything more than 3 reps

day 1- Climb stairs x2
Day 2- Walk to the cupboard where twinkies are located
day 3- walk to chocolate store
day 4- jump in place while need2 holds a string tied around a swiss roll over my head
day 5- stand up holding the back of a tall chair put a candy bar on my knee and do funny leg raise while touching knee near mouth to take bites of chocolate
Day 6-off day
Day 7-off day

Didn't rea the whole thread. You guys are crazy. How the don't you burn out doing all that shit?

Squats, different variations... sldl, that's it. I may even skip the sldl once in a while. Go intense and stop. Fucking 30 sets for legs. lmao

I am not a fan of knee wraps at all.

Of course, I don't believe in low reps for legs either.

they keep my knees from twisting and spread eagling
i only use them for heavy singles and the occasional triple
