well thats the thing, i would squat FIRST. i would NEVER EVER do leg presses before squats.
first of all, i'm a powerlifter, so squats or deadlifts would be way more important (and therefor done first) than leg presses, BUT
they are also a compound movement, requiring way more muscle help than leg presses. You don't want to tire out your leg muscles before you're going to do something that will work your legs, back, calves, core, stabilizers, etc.
maybe cause i'm not a juicer juicer, but that's waaay to many compound movements for this wannabe yooper

Bor, haven't used anything illegal in quite a few years. The body adapts to stress...I'm almost 35 years old and this is no problem for me ( I train legs 2x in seven days). I understand your pussy hurts but suck it up and try to be a man... j/k Your body can deal with a lot of stress but your diet/recovery has to be spot on.
