Try a HST-esque routine: two weeks of low weight 2x15 rep stuff, then two weeks of 3x10 rep medium weight, then two weeks of 5x5 heavy. De-load a week, ramp back up.

3 Sets Front squats
5 sets straight leg deads or good mornings.
