gimme examples of your leg day

my "leg days" are sq and dl days
but i'm getting away from 1rm'ing, getting boring

Try a HST-esque routine: two weeks of low weight 2x15 rep stuff, then two weeks of 3x10 rep medium weight, then two weeks of 5x5 heavy. De-load a week, ramp back up.
 
3 Warm up sets with back squats
5 Working sets
3 Warm Up sets with Deads
5 Working sets
3 Sets Front squats
5 sets straight leg deads or good mornings.

maybe cause i'm not a juicer juicer, but that's waaay to many compound movements for this wannabe yooper
gm's wreck my cns, same with squats or deads
i never do those three exercises during the same session

I do smith squats since I believe they provide better "burn out" then squats

i love when peeps think they are badass and stack a sheet ton of plates on the smith bar...then proceed to do 1/8th squats
