GH dosages and duration

I have heard to be effective GH must be taken for six months or more....at 4iu's per day......do I need to take a 5 on two off regimen or up the dosage to 6iu's......i gotta be honest I am looking for a total transformation so to speak this time as I am 18% bf at 6'2" and 260 lbs.....am hoping to gain strength and definition and actually lose about 10 pounds of weight.....would use test and other products as long as they are synergistic with GH.......

what GH is at the best deal right now

are you going to stack this with anything...

what is your past cycle history
 
From my experience with GH do not expect anything in the way of mass gains if used alone. Also start at 2IU and slowly work up or you run a higher risk of sides. GH causes sodium retention and thus can cause some water retention.

Hi Zyg......no.....I would not run alone.......just wondering if any fatty bodybuilders or athletes have played with this for say four to six months on a 5 on 2 off schedule with any mood or physiological changes and what effects took place appearance wise and dose
 
It's important to realize that the anabolic effects of GH are mediated entirely through increased production of IGF-1. Many people using GH do so improperly, by not combining it with insulin! Since IGF-1 is produced in the liver from GH and insulin, it's necessary to increase levels of BOTH if you want it to be effective. And there is a finite limit to how much IGF-1 a person can create in any given day, which is why many say that dosages over 8 IU's per day is a waste of time.

I have found this to be partially true. I said that the anabolic effects of GH are mediated entirely by increased production of IGF-1, but its lipolyitc effects are not. Meaning that very high dosages of GH (I've done as many as 18 IU's a day for 30 days) will not help increase size beyond a certain point, but WILL aid in the loss of body fat.

The best dose of GH for anyone tends to be highly specific to each individual. I have seen bodybuilders respond well to 4 IU's a day, and others fail to see a significant response on 9 IU/day. But it's imperative to use insulin with GH, regardles of the dose you're using in order to realize the full benefit.
 
I was planning on running GH 4-6 iu /ED with 10 iu Insulin post workout. I am just in the research/planning of using these substances. But will definately stack with Test/androl/Deca/Bromo then through in fina/dbol/EQ down the line. not quite sure of the combinations yet.
