Getting the most out of a cycle - TRAINING aspect

I'm reading up on my first cycle which I hope to start around December, if everything works out with work(finding a job).

I know the gear gives you quicker recovery time. And I've read on here, that some people train more, some people train the same. So what is the final verdict?



My workout now...



1 chest/tris
2 back/fas
3 abs
4 bis/delts/traps
5 legs


------Does juicing allow me to work-out 2 times a day or WHAT??

I'm totally lost in this aspect.
 
That list is meaningless. Even if you added the sets and reps it would be meaningless. Only you know how intensely you train.

Also, the "incresed recovery" aspects of steroids is overrated in terms of fatigue and muscle soreness.

It's my opinion that most people undertrain while on gear.

If you're admittedly "totally lost in this aspect" maybe you should wait and see how far you can push yourself naturally. I'll bet you havent gotten there yet.
 
I have been training a modified style of H.I.T. for about a years now. I even did it during my last cycle. Although I love this type of training, I feel I could've done a few more sets per excercise. I will continue H.I.T till my next cycle(probably in Nov) but will then switch to a 5 day split, doing 6-12 sets per bodypart. I gained alot more on the cycle before that way.
 
O created my own routines with help from sources from this board a while back. I train each muscle group 2 times EW. My routines are short and high intensity. I set up me weights/Machines/ and dumbells on the day before so my next work out is not slowed by change up. I train hard and I am on my first cycle and seeing outstanding growth. More than I have ever seen in the past. My only problem is that I get a sore spot just above my left elbow after bicep day. I will do a change up at the end of my cycle probably to each BP once per week until my second cycle and then go back to where I am now.
