Getting back into summer workout... help

I just got off track season and we barely did any lifting... legs mostly, a little upper body. In two weeks I am starting my summer workout regiment, and I was wondering if I should start with 3x12 then move to 3x10, then to 3x10 - 8 - 6... any opinions? Advice?
 
Out of curiosity, what did your in-season leg work-outs look like in the gym (ie freuquency, intensity, duration)?
 
I am about 5'10", During track I weighed 165, but usually weigh around 180ish. Bench was 290, squat was 410, Incline was 275 ( I suck at incline). During the summer I would like to get bigger and cut... I dont want to be huge, but I would like to put on some quality muscle and increase my strength. The types of leg workouts we did consisted of: 4x15 at light weight, increasing 10 pounds each time, then plyometrics, lunges, that type of shit. We did them about two times a week. This summer I am alos going on a 50mg EOD winny cycle.
 
Well if your hoping to add some muscle during the offseason I would strongly recomend something more than stanozolol EOD. I would run Test at 500mg/wk and maybe Stanozolol at 25mg/twice daily along with 1mg Anastrozole EOD.

I would bump cals up 5% and try to slowly add maybe 5lbs LBM or just maintain and just decrease the running(sprints only). I play soccer almost year round and its hard for me to stay "full" and "cut" at the same time-what I mean is that I always want to look good but its hard to be a "big" with cuts and play ball with all the running we do. So I usually bulk heavily in the winter then just try to maintain during the season which actually leads to cutting. I always keep my reps btw 4-8 to try and make the most out of hypertrophy and strenght gains.

Just lower the reps/lift heavier, eat clean and add some more gear and you can reach your goals very easily.
