wanna end your anger quick? take a dowel rod, pull out your good old shin, and whack the fuck out of it until you can't stand it. repeat process with other leg. hurts like a motherfucker, and it will make some nice wave-like bumps on your shins. i doubt you'd hit'em hard enough to do any great damage to them at first, as martial artists build up over time. try it next time you're pissed, i guarantee hurting yourself will take that anger away. may not be the most practical or widely recommended practice, but damn if it doesn't work. you will hurt so bad you won't have anything left in you to be angry.
