German Volume Training

I am about to start 6 weeks of german volume training and am hoping to put on some quality muscle mass. Also going to be running some cyp., winny, and anavar along with it. I will post updates as I go. Right now my stats are:
6'4 235 lbs. at 11% bf.
hoping to break into the mid to high 240's.

i have had some good sucess using the rep/set ranges outlined in the program although the bicep curls left my elbows aching
 
Have fun! I did the Volume training routine a couple of years ago, strength and size gains were very good. Eat as much as you can and get plenty of rest. You'll need it.
