genetics issue

New member
just wondering

Because of the way my bones are structured, my hand/elbows dont extend fully into a straight parallel angle. It's nothing deformed looking as its barely noticeable. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue because unfortunatly im having troubles trying to get me triceps to come out. I wanted to know some different excercises used to overcome this

We are all different it is all cool.

We all have different types of bone structures so do not worry about it.
In order to get your body parts to show they have to grow very big noticably first. Stick with big compound movements such as close grip bench press.

All of us are genetically different so our muscles will also be shaped differently or the proportion will be different. No amount of "shaping" exercises can create muscle, only good old compounds will do.

To give you an example both my training partner and I are about the same size and height, he is 5'11 and 114KG, I am 6 foot and 115KG. My arms are above 18 inches and I have huge quads. He has smaller quads and arms but a bigger chest and shoulders. Yet we both have the same relative strength and we use the same workout method lol.

Well i could post you a storm up on triceps so instead ill do this. Click my gallery look at my tri and see for yourself! If you see what i mean you will be pming me and ill give you some tricks that will blow you away after you try them!
