Hey it could have been worse you could have had a ford. The three top of the line F350's my old company had by the time they reached that mileage had cost us:

3 transmissions
1 engine
1 turbo and intercooler
12 cam sensors
6 sets of shocks
1 air conditioning compressor

Oh and they refused to replace one of the transmissions, the turbo and intercooler, and the compressor even though it was still under warranty. Because we had driven the trucks that say "OFF-ROAD" on dirt roads.

Strange to hear of the water pump going never had a gm drop one and I've been driving them for 16 yrs.
