General 1 year change pictures

the size difference is so rediculous to me. I have other progress pictures up willl link them even tho they are old.

i came to school at 187 this year am now 210

looking definately bigger,but you did gain some bf,your face isnt as lean as before,but as we know its all build up tear down,so post up again once you cut,and i bet your 10-15lbs heavier then last yr

those are some progress pictures but im heavier then in those. I am probably going to bulk 5 more lbs to 215 then cut until I feel happy. Then bulk again until it gives me time to come into summer very cut

If you are natty and that is one year you have put on some decent mass. It does look like there is some fat in there but that is nothing 6 weeks of solid dieting can take care of. When I was younger putting on mass (even fat) was very difficult.

i am natty, most of progress is from 3 months tho 2 b honest. 22 lbs in 3 months..... amazing what stuffing food in my throat and going on a 5x5 can do
