I started at 187 but didn't take any before shots:

Here are some from when i was pathetically skinny, 180? last winter

And here are some tonight at 197 but very flat, sorry for the bad images for some, my real size has been gained in my legs and my back, although i dont have any back pics yet, still everyone has commented how much larger I am.

looking good Boardin, just a little stubborn stomach fat to burn off and your laughing !!!

I would stick to 4 sets of 8 or 10 though, forget the 5 x 5...... I saw alot of gains when I quit the 5 x 5.

i gained 10 lbs in 5 weeks, i cant argue with progress although im always up for learning :)

Word use it tell it stops working I for sure see a diffrence in your chest and delts. How tall are you?
