gear inbound to cutoms(help)

i had my gear expressed from thailand 2 weeks ago
it arrived in honolulu on the 24th of april and taken to customs.
i have accessed the currant info via a tracking no.
it has been there for 6 days now.
when they inspect it how extensive is it?
i think its obvious that my shit has been confiscated but is there any worries i should have other than loosing my gear?

If you have any illegal substances in your home, get rid of them, find another place for it for a while. Otherwise, if they send you a letter do not respond to it. You should be ok, but the police do have probable cause to search your home, if you re-order use a different address, not because yours is flagged, but rather for protection, so the authorities are not so cognizant of you.
I am of the mind that the police can arrest you, even if you claim some evil man sent the gear to your home, bit it is unlikely this will happen. And, it will also be up to the prosecution to make this cas, anyhow get gear out of your house, get a new adress for re-order, and you should be ok.

I know the feeling bro, williams right get anything you have out of your house, I haven't had anything in mine since my letter and won't from now on its too big of a risk.
