1. you need to work out harder 2-3X per week is not enough.. i think the person who invented that theory probably had 2 jobs and a family and didn't have time for the gym... try 5-6X per week and 50 minutes per day, the whole point of being on cycle is so your body recovers quicker and you can have more intense workouts. take advantage of that instead of relying on the steroids to do all the work, use steroids as performance enhancing, not as magic oils.

2. sleep more... 8-9 hours a night. a normal adult can get away with 7-8 hours a night.. but as bodybuilders you need more. I also sometimes take naps in the middle of the day after a hard morning workout.

3. eat more. deca needs calories to work. 4 meals a day isn't enough. try 8 meals a day. and no a protein shake doesn't constitute a meal sorry. nor does 1 apple.

also were you gaining off steroids? probably not. if you cannot gain off steroids then you wont gain when you go on. that is how it works. you have to figure out a good and disciplined workout strategy. and you need to eat a lot of food to be successful.

I also would like to see some pics of your body composition, your meals per day listed example, and also your lifting experience to give you a better idea of your next step.
 
Gear can't be legit. Even with a crappy diet, OP should have seen a strength increase while on.
 
^not true at all.... overtraining and/or shitty diet can effect your chances of gaining strength...
also bad form on compound lifts can make it nearly impossible to get stronger because of leverage issues...
it also depends on what he is trying to add to the bar...
maybe smaller increases are possible while he is failing at bigger increases...
steroids are not magic...
 
Sounds like fake stuff. You should atleast gain water weight.

Fake gear,ive done some(i mean i know some people)whove been on during summer when diet,training,and the gym have taken a far far back seat to chasing ass on the lake and still put on weight and strength,may not be the best weight in the world but ull still get results.Do some checking on your sources and mabey change.And just bc its pharma/human grade doesnt mean shit that stuff gets duplicated everyday.
 
Ok, Ok. Some of this is ridiculous. I personally believe that the compounds in steroids ARE so strong that they should work to some degree with anyone, any diet, working out or not working out. Patients that need roids as medicine for whatever reason, gain almost immediately. Muscle starts to form anew and the results are seen. Personal experience from 3yrs back- my bro had a handfull of heart shaped dbols left over an I told him I wanna try them out. 6 days- did you get that??? I gained 3kg!!! Muscles got harder and more energy. I was doing bricklaying for my workouts. So, this being said, Im starting to go along with the guys that say FAKE. Problem is, source is a new friend of mine (1yr).All the boxes and foil look exactly like in pics Ive looked at. NaposimBalkanPharmMalayTiger to name the ones I remember.Also went thru a box of 100 Balkan winn tabs 10mg.Up to 50mg a day.Didnt hear,feel,see anything positive. I know thats a very short time but I really think that chemical wizardry should have taken place and I would have gained something. Test deca and dbol and no water weight or puffy look.Nothing.Ill have to confront my buddy and see what he says.He's pretty big at 100kg hard an muscular.Claims to use the same products.No way of knowing for sure.Some people just want your money. BTW,I weigh 85kg,decently muscular,athletic, roughly 14%fat, my height is 181cm.My food is lots of vegies,chicken,ground beef,rice,pasta w/meat sauce,dark rye bread. I try to stuff myself every time I eat 4-6meals/day depending on how busy my day at work is as a building trades instructor.Lots of students asking lots of questions= less breaks,less eats. Ill see if I can get a pic of my current situation added. I thank everyone for the help. Got something more? Lets hear it!
 
Fake or underdosed gear or you're really shucking it in the gym.

Consider yourself lucky. 80 mgs of dbol a day is insane. Good thing it's fake.

Confront your "friend." He may not know himself that it's bogus. (Though I'm sure he does). You don't have to make it a big issue. Take the loss and move on. Don;t buy from him again -- unless he throws you down with some free legit stuff as a gesture of good will.

There are plenty of sources available where you don't have to go through shady rip-off artists. In the meantime, get your training together. As you said, you know guys who are doing great with nothing. What does that tell you?
