No problem smurf. I didn't take it that way. I never wear a belt. I have DL over 600 and squatted over 500 and no belt. I don't like them. The day I hurt my back I felt naseous but kept squatting. I hit the top of my lift. racked the weight and threw up. I caught the barf in my hands and took it outside. threw it in the bushes, hosed off and waited for my next set.
