Wow ion exchange 4 times daily. I thought i was going nuts taking it 2-3 times... post workout, before bed, and sometimes in the mornings (sometimes because it gives me major gas)

That diet looks real nice. Wish i wasn't so damn lazy and made myself some steaks and burgers... then mine would look like yours. LOL
 
Yes, ion exchanged is so cheap... you can't help but to use it. I don't get gas off that, but I do from whey concentrate.

I should look better, but I had that year I didn't even drive by a gym, let alone work out in one because I was sitting around depressed.

I have to catch up there.

At rep 15, I would stand up and flex my quads as tight as I could and take 5 deep breaths and then get the last 5 reps. 3 minutes rest between sets.

200 - 42 grams Lean Body (only kind I buy at the gym).. then I add another 20 grams ion exchanged whey, 70 grams dextrose, 10 grams glutamine that I bring in a bag with me and dump in the blender.

315-330 (approx) 2 chicken breasts (in a wok with onions, peppers, soy sauce) potato slices (baked) spinach salad.

500 - 40 grams ion exchanged whey in water and a glass of cranberry juice

800 - Went by a Salvadore resturant and had 10 ounce steak, grilled chicken breast and 4 grilled shrimp (for only $7). Water to drink

1145 (now) in about 10 mins I will have 60 grams of protein (ion exchanged) and a tablespoon of peanut butter with a dash of flax seed.

Ok that is it...

i assume its ion exchange whey isolate.

8AM 228 calories.

10AM 700 calories, roughly

1130 200 calories, assuming an 8 oz breast

1230 152 calories

4111 calories more or less, which is only about 1200 more than an individual with a lean body mass about 60 pounds lighter would eat. I wonder how much cas or pitbulstl eat.
