This reminds me. Ed Coan(powerlifter) has a very thick strong and hard six pack.

but he also does not train abs. His abs have to grow to hold his back in place for all the weight he lifts. He can squat over a grand and dl over 900.

No, I never train abs anymore. I did abs every single day for 8 years when I was swimming through high school and college. I still swim often here so that keeps my waist tight. But I find that squats and triceps push downs do enough to work my abs because you have to keep them contracted through out in order to keep the torso stabilized in the those movements. When I did the first photo shoot back in March, I worked abs twice a week for 5 weeks prior.

My chest routine, right now, is not my normal routine. I am still training with the boy band and doing the workout I put together for them. But normally I do incline dumbells, hammer strength flat (rarely do a flat bench press with bar anymore), and then either do flat flyes or bench press to throat to stimulate the upper pecs more. The second workout would be 10 degree flyes, incline barbell, flat dumbell presses. I never do any decline work or dips.

DUSTY is bigger. The real DUSTY. Not that fucknut dusty2.

Impressive nonetheless.

If I may ask, how long have you been training?

I didn't really start training until 23. After finishing college. Then I took a year off at 25 because I was depressed and emotionally fatigued from dumping my ex and later moving to FTL. So I have been training heavily for almost 3 years now.

wow. so you only have 3 years of serious training under your belt?

Pretty much.

I trained for 2 years after college and stopped doing all the swimming and started growing.. but I lost most of it after I got rid of my ex. I was only eating once or twice a day and not really doing anything except working and going home to watch movies until bedtime.
