Actually, it is easier to drink protein amounts than eat it... hence the reason I have so many in there.
 
5 shakes.. damn thats alot of protein there. I need to bump up my shakes to 4/day instead of 3... Figure when i start to bulk when it gets cooler, i'll bump it up to 4/day.....
 
Do you ever have carb up days?

Why do you have postworkout and morning carbs? From what I've seen, most low carb people have fat postworkout. Have you ever tried that?
 
I combine R-ALA with NAC and ALC (no joke-sinergistic) and a carb meal.
At this time of year the heat from that sort of stoking creates so much sweat that people are looking at me like, are you sick or something.
