Diet wise, I believe in very high protein, around 400 grams and low to moderate carbs. I only use ion exchanged whey.

there is a supplement called Power Cube that I found in a voodoo type vitamin store in South Beach. It is powdered Arginine and "growth horomones enhancers". If I wake up at night to use the bathroom, I have a spoonful of it in my water. I am sure it is complete and utter bullshit. But it was cheap ($22) and when mixed, it causes the water to taste like green gatorade. (it probably is just gatorade nutrient wise)
 
thanks. one more thing, i assume you keep your protein intake pretty clean(grilled chicken, flank steak, etc.) do you ever have any cheat days or do basically keep the same diet year round.

I eat a lot of chicken.. but I also eat red beef as well... usually at least one steak per day.

When I cheat (every other day), I either make it a bowl of Pho soup or I will go to the local Thai resturant and get the Pad Thai noodles with extra chicken in it. About every two months, I do a pizza.

What kind?

For me its either Dairy Queen or Pizza Hut.

Red Lobster however is my favourite restaurant....problem is the tab hits the $100 mark fast...... :) Crab legs, lobsters, shrimps...yum!
And of course ponderosa......STEAK.

Wait a minute Fonz, are you talking USA or Europe? Because Ponderosa and Red lobster are one step above fast food in America. Although I have eaten at Red Lobster and liked it, I think it would take a party of six to rack up a 100$ tab there. Also, most Ponderosa's here are all you can eat for $6.95. Im not even going to ask how the pizza is at dairy queen, thats an ice cream place, lol!

I eat a steak almost everyday. And have prime rib at least 3x a week when I go out to dinner.

I usually go to California Pizza Kitchen and have a pizza. Unless I am babysitting my neighbors boy and then we have Pizza Hut delivered while we watch Dragonball Z or whatever it is called.

Down here there is no shortage of seafood. It can be addictive. However, I love the Vietnamese Pho Soup better. 3-4 different kinds of meats, rice noodles, onions, seasoning, and a broth that takes 24 hours of straight cooking before it is ready to serve. They dump all the stuff in a huge bowl raw... and the broth is so hot when they put it in there, you can't eat it for 5-10 minutes... by that time the meat and noodles have cooked.
